We will contact scholarship applicants after May 1.

Shift from Application to Purchase: From the beginning, we’ve been excited to have a passionate and diverse audience. Our original application process was offered to ensure that a wide range of voices were brought together on May 14th.

Since we’ve begun reading all of the applications over the last few weeks, we’ve been absolutely blown away by the incredible range of perspectives, stories, and an overall passion for TED that have been shared with us. It quickly became clear that every one of the applicants so far will be a wonderful addition to our community.

So, to that end, we’ve decided to open up ticket purchase to all (and do away with our initial application process). This is a direct response to the amazing group of folks who have already shown us that the TEDxBloomington community is already thriving. And we can’t be more excited about that!

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact Luci McKean at luci [at] tedxbloomington [dot] com. Otherwise, we look forward to seeing you on May 14th and at other Wisdom of Play events leading up to our conference!
