Livestreamed TED Conference

Watch this space for details about the Livestream of our May 14 conference on “The Wisdom of Play.”

And in the meantime …

On Wednesday, March 2nd, Bloomingtonians met in the Monroe County Public Library Auditorium to watch the TED Conference live via the Internet. During breaks, we discussed our favorites, talked about the upcoming TEDxBloomington event, and met some TEDxBloomington speakers.

“What a great gift to the community,” said one attendee. “I’m so happy for our city that you’re doing this,” said another.

If you attended this event, please fill out the Attendee survey, using the name “TEDxBloomingtonLIVE” as the event name.

This grid shows the speakers as they were listed on TED’s schedule. Other surprise guests included Damon Horowitz, philosophy instructor, and Wael Ghonim, Google employee kidnapped and blindfolded for 12 days in Egypt.
