“The Wisdom of Play,” our theme for TEDxBloomington in May 2011, offers the chance to explore play, wisdom, experimentation, insight, risk, horizon lines, adventure, intention, wonder, perception, curiosity, & knowledge throughout our lives.
Although the words wisdom and play may evoke opposed images and responses, this year’s TEDxBloomington conference is about the fertile ground where the two intersect in our daily lives. An amazing array of speakers will intrigue, inspire, and, we hope, ignite actions small and large to improve the world, starting with our own backyards.
The theme is intentionally open to interpretation, and we promise you, however you define “The Wisdom of Play” now, after you’ve listened to our speaker lineup, you’ll have several new definitions.
